About The Owners
Eric Godoy and Vincent J. Costa
III
Growing up together has made us
brothers and we understand the
importance of love for family and
friends. Who could have known that
two childhood friends would
someday
create a new and powerful real
estate company? After graduating
from Rutgers College, Vincent
quickly became
a potent real estate professional,
posting record sales as an agent and
later as a Regional Sales Manager
for one of the top residential real
estate firms in New Jersey.
After his
graduation from Kean
University, Eric established himself
in the pharmaceutical industry and
transferred his energy, enthusiasm
and commitment to success to the
real estate industry as a top
producing agent with one of the
leading residential real estate
firms in New Jersey. Together we
realized that by combining our

we could take our success to the
